We ship all orders from Greater Los Angeles, Ca, area.
What do the different shipping tiers mean?
Economy (free on orders over $150): 3-8 days in transit in addition to standard fulfillment time
Standard: 3-4 days in transit in addition to standard fulfillment time
Express: Ships next business day + 2-3 day transit time (Most orders ship USPS Priority Mail)
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Fulfillment times may be longer during peak seasons (new drops, sales, holidays, etc.).
What carriers do you use?
Most orders ship through USPS or FedEx, but some ship through UPS and DHL. If you are unable to accept a certain carrier, please email our team at support@caretucker.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What happens if my package gets lost?
Please email us at support@caretucker.com. If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages if they are stated as delivered by the carrier.
Do you charge sales tax?
As an e-commerce company based in the US, we are required to charge sales tax on orders shipping to certain states. This list may vary over time. Any applicable taxes are automatically calculated at checkout.

Returns and exchanges are only eligible on unworn and unused merchandise with original tags attached.
Please note that unauthorized returns will be returned to the sender.
What is your return / exchange policy?
We offer online returns and exchanges for full-price purchases and are happy to help you find your perfect fit. If something is not quite right, online returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns and exchanges only apply to unworn and unused merchandise (with original tags attached) returned to us within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
Do you offer free returns?
Returns and exchanges are NOT free, you can use any carrier of your choice at your own expense. We are not able to reimburse return shipping costs. However if you received a defective or damaged item please contact support@caretucker.com immediately to get assistance with a return label.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Please email us at support@caretucker.com as soon as you can. If your order has yet to be processed, we can still cancel your order or edit your shipping details.
Please note cancellations for any full-price or sale purchases are prohibited during any sale period. This restriction is also listed at checkout during sale times.
In store return policy?
FOR ALL PURCHASES MADE IN STORE - Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date, for merchandise credit only or exchange. Returns and exchanges only apply to unworn and unused merchandise (with original tags attached)
Is anything final sale?
Yes, all under garments, apothocary, jewelry, sunglasses, headbands, and markdown (sale) items are FINAL SALE.
