What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Apple Pay (on Safari Mobile & Safari Mac), Amazon Pay (in the US), and PayPal. We are working on accepting alternative payment methods in the near future.

Why am I paying sales tax on this purchase when I haven't in the past?

As an e-commerce company based in the USA, we are required to charge sales tax, which may vary over time, and depending on the state to which items are being shipped.

How often do you launch new styles?

We do weekly try ons showcasing new styles. To stay in the know, sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of our homepage and follow us @caretuckerbrand & @caretuckerstylehouse.

What size does Carolyn (Care) normally wear?

Carolyn (Care) is almost always a size S across the board and a size 26 in bottoms. If she wants to style it oversized she will size up.

Where is your company located?

We are in the Los Angeles, Ca area. We have a store on Main St. in Newhall, Ca about 30 mins North of DTLA.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We do our best to process purchases placed during normal business hours within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders placed during the holiday season and sale periods may take 5-7 business days to process and ship.

The item I want is sold out, is there anything I can do?

We try to keep our CARE classics in stock year round. For our more seasonal items, we cannot guarantee they will be restocked. Visit the product page of any sold-out item and select your size and color. You will see a button that says “NOTIFY ME WHEN BACK IN STOCK.” If we do restock the item you have your eye on, you’ll be the very first to know.

Do you offer a discount for first time customers?

We offer a 10% discount to new customers, and we strongly encourage you to follow us on Instagram and sign-up for our newsletter to be the first to know about all things CARE TUCKER, including, exclusive access to promos, new arrivals, style tips and more - right at your fingertips.

What is your return / exchange policy?

We offer returns and exchanges for full-price purchases and are happy to help you find your perfect fit. If something is not quite right, returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns and exchanges only apply to unworn and unused merchandise returned to us within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.

Do you offer free returns?

Returns and exchanges are NOT free, you can use any carrier of your choice at your own expense.  We are not able to reimburse return shipping costs. However if you received a defective or damaged item please contact support@caretucker.com immediately to get assistance with a return label.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Please email us at support@caretucker.com as soon as you can. If your order has yet to be processed, we can still cancel your order or edit your shipping details. 

Please note cancellations for any full-price or sale purchases are prohibited during any sale period. This restriction is also listed at checkout during sale times.

 Do you offer influencer partnerships?

 Yes, we are always interested in connecting with content creators who enjoy our brand, although there are many factors that go into who we partner with. Please reach out to us through DM on our IG @caretuckerbrand.

Do you offer PR pulls?

Yes, we work with many stylists and costume designers and are happy to offer product pulls or gifted product in exchange for PR credit.
