Great bag

The tote is quite big and spacious, yet not bulky which is amazing. I got the black one and it had a minor cloth tear on one of the straps. I emailed Care Tucker and they shipped a new bag the same day. Clearly they care about their customers. Soon I will buy one of the lighter colors. Love the bag!
