If something is not quite right, online returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns and exchanges only apply to unworn and unused merchandise (with original tags attached) returned to us within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
Do you offer free returns?
Returns and exchanges are NOT free, you can use any carrier of your choice at your own expense. We are not able to reimburse return shipping costs. However if you received a defective or damaged item please contact support@caretucker.com immediately to get assistance with a return label.
